- Blackberrie - 300g
- Sugar - 2-3 tbs
- Sour Cream - 175g
- Natural Yogurt - 150g
- Lemon - zest of half a
- Lemon - juice of half a
- Whipping Cream - 2 dl (6.8 oz)
Wash the blackberries and place in a blender. Add the sugar, sour cream, yogurt, lemon juice and zest and blend well together.
Place in freezer for 30 minutes. Remove from freezer 20-30 minutes before eating.
