- Biscuit - 500 g rectangular pre-made (1.1 lbs)
- Cream - 800 g (1.8 lbs)
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
- Pudding - 1 pack (your choice of chocolate, punch, vanilla)
- Soda - 5 oz
- Lemon Slice - 3-4
- Lemon Peel - grated
Line of the bottom of a pan with biscuits.
Mix the sour cream, powdered sugar and lemon zest, together and spread over the biscuits.
Add another layer of biscuits.
Place the lemon slices on top of the biscuits.
Prepare the pudding according to the package instructions except use the soda instead of milk.
Pour over the biscuits.
Let stand for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator.
