- Flour - 500 g (1.1 lbs)
- Butter - 100g
- Egg Yolk - 4
- Egg White - 4
- Yeast - 1/2
- Sugar - to taste

- Sour Cream - 1 small cup of

Add 50 grams of flour, 1 egg yolk, a pinch of salt in a bowl, and blend well.
Add half of the yeast with the sugar, warm milk, and then add to the flour mixture.
Melt 10g of butter and add to the flour.
Should make a light batter, add milk if needed.
Pour into baking dish. Place the halved apricots cut side down on top of the batter.
Mix three-quarter cup of sour cream with sugar and cinnamon to taste along with 3 egg yolks, sprinkle on top of the apricots.
Mix 4 egg whites with 5 tbs granulated sugar until stiff
Place on top of the apricots until the top begins to brown.
