- Egg - 2
- Sugar - 150g or
- Brown Sugar - 200 g (0.4 lbs)
- Rama - 200 g (0.4 lbs)
- Flour - 300g plain
- Baking Powder - 1/2 bag of
- Chopped Chocolate - 100g
- Lemon - juice of half a
- Lemon Rind - grated half a
- Vanilla Flavoring -
Finely chop the chocolate.
Stir the eggs and sugar in a large bowl. Add the margarine.
Squeeze in the lemon juice, add the grated zest and the vanilla flavoring.
Add the baking powder and flour.
And finally add the chocolate and gently stir.
Place aluminum foil on a baking sheet and using two spoons, shape the cookies and place on the baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven at high temperature for around 20 minutes. (Makes approx. 20-30 pieces).
