- Bread Flour - BL-80 500 g (1.1 lbs)
- Sourdough - 200g
- Yogurt - 2 ounces plain
- Milk - 1 dl (3.4 oz)
- Honey - 1 tbs
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Yeast - 1.20 g of fresh (0 lbs)
- Gluten - 1 tsp (optional)
- Whey - 1 tbs (optional)
- Corn Oil - 2 tbs
- Egg - for glaze
- Poppy Seed -
Mix milk, honey and yeast.
Add all the ingredients in a bowl and blend well except for the egg and poppy seeds. Kneaded dough until springy and then let it rise for 1 hour.
Form into a loaf and brush the top with egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds well. Let rise again for one hour.
Bake in 200 C preheated oven for half an hour.
