- Flour - 500 g (1.1 lbs)
- Milk - approx. 1.5 - 2 oz
- Egg - 1
- Butter - 1250 g melted (2.8 lbs)
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Baking Powder - 1 tsp
- Baking Soda - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
In a large mixing bowl, melt the butter.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend well. Knead for a little while, and then form dumplings and put them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake without preheating, at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
