Fresh Italian style dish without cooking.
- Liver Pate - 300 g (0.7 lbs)
- Green Pepper - 4
- Tomato - 2
- Mozzarella - 100 g (0.2 lbs)
- Green Salad - 8 leaves
- Olive - 6-8
- Chopped Parsley Leave - 3-4 tbsp
- Ground Basil - 2 tbsp
- Basil Leave - 5-6
- Butter - 4 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Black Pepper - 3 pinches
- Oregano - 2 pinch
Slice the peppers lengthwise. Scalp and hollow out the tomatoes.
Put the removed portions of the tomato into a bowl and add the pate, butter, parsley, basil, oregano, black pepper and salt. Crush with a fork and stir.
Place the salad leaves on a plate. Stuff the tomatoes and pepper halves with pate and put them on the salad. Slice the mozzarella and put the pieces on the plate together with basil leaves and olives.
