- Milk - 2 tbs
- Cream - 1 tsp

- Black Pepper - freshly ground
- Toast - 1 slice of
Beat the eggs with a whisk add salt, milk and cream.
We put the bread in the toaster, the plate is heated by microwave.
Melt the margarine in heated skillet and fry the egg. Season to taste.
Place the slightly buttered toast on the plate, add the egg and the salmon. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper. Serve immediately.
