Blend a couple of drops of lukewarm milk, two tsps of flour with a tsp of sugar and the yeast.
Add 1 kg of meal and 2 tsps of salt to the yeast, along with 6 egg yolks, 5 g of margarine, the rest of the milk and prepare the dough. Work the dough thoroughly. Let rest for 30 minutes until the dough has risen.
Flour a cutting board and roll out the dough, cut into triangular pieces, then roll it out triangles and in the center fil with ham and cheese, then rolled up into a crescent shape.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush the tops with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
