Cottage Cheese Buns

Make this tasty dessert to freshen stale buns.
Ingredients:
- Bun - 6
- Egg - 2
- Cottage Cheese - 250 g (0.6 lbs)
- Vanillin Sugar - 1 packet
- Raisin - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 10 tbsp
- Milk - 4 cup
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Bread Crumbs - 1 packet
Instructions:
Bring the milk to boil, add 3 tbsp sugar and allow to cool.
The filling: Mix the two egg yolks with the vanillin sugar and 7 tbsp plain sugar. Add the cottage cream and raisins. Beat the egg whites until stiff and stir in the cottage cream loosely.
Butter a skillet and sprinkle bread crumbs. Slice the buns into halves and soak them in milk for a second. Put them in the skillet one by one, next to each other. Pour the cottage cream and cover with the rest of the bun halves.
Bake them in a preheated oven and slice into cubes when finished. Sprinkle powdered sugar and pour melted chocolate on the top.
