A definite must for any household.
- Flour - 1000 g (2.2 lbs)
- Sour Cream - 1 cup
- Butter - 250 g (0.6 lbs)
- Animal Fat - 300 g (0.7 lbs)
- Egg Yolk - 3
- Salt - 1.5 tbs
- Milk - 0.1 l (3.4 oz)
- Yeast - 50 g (0.1 lbs)
- Sugar - 1 pinch
- Grated Cheese - 3-4 tbs
Combine the milk with the yeast and a pinch of sugar. Let it rise.
Combine the rest of the ingredients, with the exception of the cheese. Work together well, and add the dough to the yeast. Put it into fridge overnight.
Stretch the dough and cut it into 1 X 1 inch squares. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake them in a preheated oven until done.
