- Cabbage - 1 small head of
- Tomato Juice - 1 liter of (33.8 oz)
- Oil - a little
- Flour - 2-3 tbs
- Seasoning -
- Caraway Seed -
- Black Pepper -
- Sugar -
- Sausage - 4
Cook the cabbage in a pot of water with caraway seed and pepper until tender.
Add the oil and flour to a pan and stir, then pour in the tomato juice. Boil together and then add to the cabbage. Add sugar to taste.
Serve with fried sausage.
