- Egg - 2
- Fruit - 1/4 kg (2.2 lbs)
- Sugar - 100-150 g granulated (depending on the fruit) (0.2 lbs)
- Vanilla Sugar - 1 pack
- Juice - 1/2 lemon
Blend the two egg whites with a hand mixer, along with 1/2 of the lemon juice and sugar, the vanilla sugar until stiff (about 5-7 minutes).
Add a spoonful of fruit, while continuously mixing with an electric mixer beat the cream. Mix for another 5 minutes.
