- Milk - 60 ml (2 oz)
- Whipping Cream - 60 ml (2 oz)
- Butter - 20g
- Sugar - 1 tbs
- Dark Chocolate - 100 g (75%) (0.2 lbs)
- Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
- Instant Coffee - 1/2 tsp
- Chocolate Liqueur - 1 tbs (optional)
Break up the chocolate into a bowl.
Heat the milk stirring continuously. Cream the butter and sugar and add to the milk, stir.
Pour the chocolate and let stand for 1-2 minutes, and then stir.
Then add the vanilla extract, instant coffee, and chocolate liqueur then mix thoroughly. Can be kept for up to 1 week in the fridge.
