- Milk - 4 oz
- Gelatin - 3 tbs edible
- Cottage Cheese - 250 g of (0.6 lbs)
- Butter - 100 g (0.2 lbs)
- Sugar - 10-150 g (0 lbs)
- Vanilla Sugar - 2 pack
- Nectarine - about 3
Boil 2 dl milk and 3 tbs edible gelatin then set aside to cool slightly.
Mix 25 ounces of cottage cheese with 2 dl milk until well blended. Add the milk slowly while stirring. Add 1 cube butter, 10-15 grams of powdered sugar, and 2 packets of vanilla sugar, mix until you have a good foam. Add the gelatin to the mixture slowly and then add to the butter mixture. Blend well. Cut the nectarines into small pieces and add to the mixture. Stir with a wooden spoon. Place in the refrigerator to cool for 2 to 3 hours.
