- Cottage Cheese - 0.5 kg (1.1 lbs)
- Semolina - 4 tbsp
- Egg Yolk - 2
- Vanilla Sugar - 2 packs
- Breadcrumb - 2 handfuls

Mix the cottage cheese with the semolina, the yolks and vanilla sugar. Place in the refrigerator while you prepare the breadcrumbs and water. In a large pot boil salted water. In a frying pan add a small amount of oil and a tad of sugar. Fry the breadcrumbs. Remove the cottage cheese from the refrigerator and make into small balls. Drop in the boiling water. They are done when they float to the top. Remove the dumplings from the water and roll in the toasted breadcrumbs. Serve with a little sugar sprinkled on top mixed with sour cream.
