- Tomatoe - 8 medium-sized
- Tuna - 1 can
- Mozzarella Cheese - 100 g (0.2 lbs)
- Green Olive - 10
- Lemon Juice - 1/2
- Cream Cheese - 70 g (0.2 lbs)
Cut off the top of the tomatoes and set aside. Using a spoon remove the insides of the tomatoes. In a bowl, add the drained tuna, cream cheese, mozzarella, olives, and lemon juice. Blend with a fork. Fill the tomatoes with the mixture and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
