Slice the onion but not too thin. Finely chop the garlic.
Cut the potatoes into small cubes. It is important for the potatoes to be small, so it cooks faster.
Add the butter and cube of cheese to a pan and cook until the onion is soft.
Sprinkle with flour and pour the broth made from bouillon cubes into the pot. Sprinkle the nutmeg, pepper and salt next. Cover and cook for 10 minutes at low temperature.
When done, then add the sour cream. Serve with fresh parsley leaves and grated cheese sprinkled on top.
