- Lettuce - 1 head of
- Garlic - 2 cloves of
- Oil -
- Flour - 3 tbs
- Milk - 1 liter (33.8 oz)
- Salt -
- Sugar - 2 tbs
- Egg - 4 (1 per person)
- Vinegar - (optional)
Wash the lettuce leaves and cook in boiling water.
In a pan, add the oil, flour, and garlic. Saute, then add the milk. Season with salt.
When it begins to boil, put it into the cooked lettuce leaves. When it boils, drizzle in each of the eggs.
Cook for a few minutes, turn off heat, cover and allow to sit 15 minutes before serving so the egg yolks can harden.
Serve with flavored vinegar.
