- Potato - 1 kg (2.2 lbs)
- Bacon - 100 g thinly sliced (0.2 lbs)
- Onion - 1 large
- Oil - 2 tbs
- Parsley - 1 tbs chopped
- Thyme - 1 tsp chopped
- Salt -
- Pepper -
Boil the potatoes in salted water. Peel, cut into 0.5cm slices.
Add 2 tbs of the oil along with the sliced strips of bacon and fry. Use the remaining oil and add the slices of red onion and potatoes.
Then add other ingredients, mix and serve.
