- Olive Oil - 2-3 tbs
- Onion - 1 medium
- Garlic - 1 grated clove of
- Tomatoe - 5-6 grated
- Parsley - 1/4 bunch of finely chopped
- Oregano -
- Dried Mint -
- Cinnamon -
- Basil -
- Salt -
- Pepper -
Fry the onion in a little olive oil, add the garlic and the tomatoes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Add the parsley, simmer for a few minutes with no cover, season with the rest of the spices and simmer a few couple more minutes.
