- Tomato - 3 large
- Mozzarella Ball - 1 bag mini (100g)
- Red Onion - 1 small
- Parsley Leave - 3
- Salt - 2 pinches of
- Crushed Oregano - 1 pinch of
- Crushed Basil - 1 pinch of
- Olive Oil - 2 tsp
Wash the tomatoes, cut into large pieces.
Drain the mozzarella balls and then cover with tomatoes.
Peel the red onion and slice it into rings and add to the bowl.
Wash the parsley leaves, cut into small pieces, and sprinkle onto the tomatoes and mozzarella balls.
Sprinkle with salt, oregano, and basil.
Drizzle with olive oil and gently rotate.
Let it rest in refrigerator for half an hour, allowing the flavors to ripen.
