- Pork - 200 g (or other kind of meat) (0.4 lbs)
- Spinach Leave - 2 handfuls of fresh
- Cottage Cheese - 100 g (0.2 lbs)
- Mozzarella - 50 g (0.1 lbs)
- Salt -
- Pepper -
- Butter -
- Sour Cream - 1 tbs
Pan fry the meat in a bit of oil and season with salt and pepper, then set aside.
Wash the spinach leaves, cut off the stems.
Cut the mozzarella into cubes.
Add spinach to the skillet, add the cottage cheese, mozzarella, and 1 tbs sour cream. Serve with the meat strips
