- Cantaloupe - 1 large
- Chicken Breast - 2
- Greek Seasoning -
- Lime Juice -
- Salt -
- Pepper -
- Oil -
- Vodka - 0.5 dl (1.7 oz)
Wash the cantaloupe well, cut in half, remove the seeds, and use an ice cream scooper and make balls from the inside melon. Set aside.
Chop the chicken breasts, into cubes, season and let it stand for half an hour, then fry.
Toss the chicken with the melon balls and place in half of the shell of the cantaloupe.
Mix the oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and a half dl of vodka sauce and pour over the salad. Serve chilled.
