- Cucumbers - 1.8 kg (4 lbs)
- Water - 2 liters (67.6 oz)
- Salt - 60 g (0.1 lbs)
- Roll - 1
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Dill - 1 bag
Wash the cucumbers, cut off the ends. Slice. Boil the water and add salt. Allow to cool just a bit, should be warm.
In a 5 liter jar, place half a bun add the garlic cloves and half a pack of dill. Layer the cucumbers into the glass. Place the other half of the bun on top with the rest of the garlic and dill. Add water until all ingredients are covered with hot water. Place in a sunny place for 3 to 5 days.
