Clean the cucumbers thoroughly. For every 2 liters of water add 60 g of salt and boil. Cut off the ends of the cucumber and then cut lengthwise into four pieces. Pack into a medium sized jars. Add the garlic and dill. On the top add, the leavened bread. Pour the boiling water into the jar and ensure you cover the bread with the water. Place a cover on the jar and place in the sunshine to pickle.
