- Durum Spaghetti - 250 g (0.6 lbs)
- Cabbage - 1 small head
- Carrot - 1 large
- Soy Sauce - 1 dl dark (3.4 oz)
- Onion - 1
- Garlic Clove - 1
- Grated Ginger -
- Chili Powder -
- Oil -
Cook the spaghetti around 8-10 minutes in boiling water.
Place the chopped vegetables in a frying pan with about one dl of oil and fry until brown about 3-5 minutes.
Drain the pasta, add to the vegetables, keep frying while adding the soy sauce for a few minutes.
