- Flour - 100 g (0.2 lbs)
- Salt -
- Pepper -
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Goat Cheese - 250 g (0.6 lbs)
- Olive Oil - 2 tbs
- Lemon Juice - 1 tbs freshly squeezed
- Garlic Clove - 2
- Ground Caraway Seed - pinch of
- Smoked Ham - 100 g (0.2 lbs)
Create a dough with the egg, flour and a little salt. Knead and stretch. Set aside.
Mix the cottage cheese with dill, pepper, crushed garlic, caraway seed, chopped ham.
Roll out the dough and cut into squares.
Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each square and fold edges together. Can use a little bit of water to help glue the sides together.
Place a few pasta squares at a time in boiling water for 2-5 minutes. Create the sauce by mixing hot olive oil and lemon juice.
Serve with sauce and parmesan cheese.
