- Egg - 1
- Honey - 70 g (0.2 lbs)
- Milk - 120 ml (4.1 oz)
- Baking Powder - 2 tsp
- Flour - 125 g (0.3 lbs)
- Pear - 1, soft
- Almond - 3 tbs sliced
- Oil - 3-4 tbsp
Hand whisk the eggs and honey until well blended, then gradually pour in the milk and mix well.
Add the baking powder to the flour and gradually work into the dough.
Peel the pears, cut into small cubes and add to the mixture.
Finally, stir in the almonds into the dough and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Heat a tbs of oil in a large pan and drop around 1 tbs of dough into the pan. Cook for around 2 minutes and turn, cook about 30 seconds to 1 minute longer to brown that side. The batter should bubble before turning the first time. Repeat until all batter is used. Oil pan as needed. Before serving drizzle with honey. Makes around 16 pancakes.
