Mix the cottage cheese with powdered sugar and lemon zest, well.
Blend the flour with the baking powder, sugar and vanilla sugar.
Combine the egg, oil, milk, and mix well, then add the flour mixture.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, grease the muffin pan or use paper muffin cups. Add 1 tsp of batter into each cup, then 1 tsp of the cottage cheese mixture and 1 tsp of jam, then cover with the other half of the dough.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.
