- Chicken Breast - 2 (each approx. 180 g)
- Spinach - 2 handful of baby
- Feta Cheese - 40 g (0.1 lbs)
- Ham - 2 slices of Serrano
- Olive Oil - 1 tbs
Clean the chicken breasts, then slice so you can roll up the breasts about 3 mm thick. Salt both sides. Place the spinach in salted boiling water for just a few moments and drain. Place the spinach evenly on the sliced chicken breasts along with the feta cheese, and oil. Place the ham last. Roll and place on a aluminum foil lined baking pan. Drizzle with olive oil and back for around 30 minutes in a preheated oven.
