- Pork Leg - 1 pound
- Carrot - 2 large
- Red Onion - 1 large
- Sour Cream - 2-3 tbs
- Mustard - 1-2 tbs
- Salt -
- Pepper -
- Seasoning -
Cut the meat into strips. Cut up the onion and fry in oil until glassy. Add the meat and enough water just to cover, simmer.
While cooking grate the carrots and place in a small pan with a bit of oil and a few drops of water and braise just a bit and then add to the semi-finished meat.
Mix the sour cream with mustard and when ready add to the meat mixture.
Serve on lettuce.
