- Potatoe - 1 kg (2.2 lbs)
- Sour Cream - 2 cup
Peel the onion, cut into cubes, place in a frying pan with a bit of oil and braise.
Stir the minced meat, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with paprika.
Add the beaten eggs, chopped garlic and enough breadcrumbs to mold. Make small loaves, place in a baking dish and bake until done.
Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, boil in salted water until done, and then drain.
Add the Sour cream and mash.
In the center of a small plate add a dollop of mashed potatoes, place the baked meatloaf around the potatoes. Add tomato and green pepper into the gaps. Garnish with parsley leaves.
