Remove the skin and bones from the chicken and chop. Place in a bowl and add the oil and gyros spices and let stand for at least an hour, stirring every few minutes.
Clean the vegetables, slices potatoes and cut onions in quarters, sprinkle with Hungarian spices and mix well, let it stand for a bit too.
Thickly grease the pan with margarine and neatly arrange the chicken pieces and vegetables.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake approx. for 1 hour, initially high, then medium heat.
After 1 hour, remove foil and bake for 10-15 minutes to get a nice brown color.
