Cut the chicken breasts into slices bowling. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the cream cheese on the chicken slices and let sit for
1 hour in refrigerator.
Mix the plain flour and corn flour. Roll the chicken in the flour mixture and then the egg and back in the flour again. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
