Fried Chicken Livers With Green Herbs

Ingredients:
- Chicken Livers - 750 g (1.7 lbs)
- Pepper -
- Marjoram -
- Thyme -
- Oregano -
- Basil -
- Rosemary -
- Salt -
- Homemade Fat - or
- Oil -
Instructions:
Melt the fat or add the oil to a deep frying pan. Wash and drain the chicken livers. Add all the spices together except for the salt and mix well. Sprinkle on the chicken livers. Fry for around 30 minutes covered. Remove from heat and salt to taste.
