- Green Bean - 1 kg (2.2 lbs)
- Chicken Breast - 400 grams (0.9 lbs)
- Carbonara Sauce - 1 bag
- Milk - 300 ml (10.1 oz)
- Oil - 3 tbs
- Salt -
- Pepper -
Wash the chicken breasts and cut into pieces. Place in a frying pan with a small amount oil, season with salt and pepper, simmer until the chicken turns white and water to cover and allow to simmer.
The green beans cook until tender in salted water, drain, and add to the chicken.
Mix the carbonara with milk until all lumps are gone, pour over the meat. Cook and stir until the sauce begins to thicken. Be sure the green beans are coated with the sauce. Serve warm.
