- Chicken Breast - 1/2 kg (2.2 lbs)
- Apricot - 1/2 kg of (2.2 lbs)
- Cheese - 300 g of (half-smoked) (0.7 lbs)
- Salt -

- Cinnamon - pinch of
- Olive Oil -
Cut the chicken breasts into slices. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon. Fry gently on both sides with a bit of oil and then place in refrigerator to rest.
Wash the apricots, cut in half and remove the core.
Place the pre-cooked chicken breast slices in an oiled baking pan next to each other, and place the apricots halves on top. Sprinkle with plenty of grated cheese.
Bake in preheated oven until golden brown.
