- Greengage - 800 g (1.8 lbs)
- Apple - 200 g of (0.4 lbs)
- Sugar - 200 g of (0.4 lbs)
- Citric Acid - 1 tsp
- Ground Cinnamon - 1 tsp
Clean the fruits and remove seeds.
Place in a large saucepan with all the other ingredients. Cook while it begins to boil, cook for another 5 minutes.
Prepare canning jars. Add the mixture to the jars and tightly seal. Let cool, then store.
