- Egg - 3 whole
- Sugar - 200 g (0.4 lbs)
- Milk - 0.5 l (16.9 oz)
- Chocolate - melted (cocoa + to taste)
- Walnut - 1 handful of roasted, chopped
- Rum - little
Mix the sugar thoroughly with the whole egg (whitening).
Heat milk to boiling, while stirring pour in the egg mixture. Turn off the heat and add chocolate, cocoa powder and ground walnuts, keep stirring. Once the chocolate is melted taste, add the rum. Once cooled, place in ice cream machine and stir. Use whipped cream as a topping.
