- Blackberrie - 160 g (0.4 lbs)
- Raspberry - 160 g of (0.4 lbs)
- Caster Sugar - 100 g (0.2 lbs)
- Vanilla Sugar - 1 pack of
- Milk - 1.5 dl (5.1 oz)
- Cream - 1.5 dl (5.1 oz)
- Lime Juice - 0.5
Mix the raspberries and blackberries in a bowl and sprinkle with powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and leave to stand for approx. 30 minutes.
Then add the milk and cream, lime juice to taste.
Mix it all up using a hand blender.
Finally, pour into the ice cream machine. If you do not have ice cream machine, you can place in a sealable plastic box for 30 minutes in the freezer.
