Paprika and tomato adds a special flavor to the fish.
- Catfish Fillet - 1000 g (2.2 lbs)
- Oil - 3-4 tbsp
- Onion - 2
- Salt - to taste
- Paprika - 4-5 tbsp
- Tomato - 1
- Green Pepper - 1
- Bay Leaf - 2
- Sour Cream - 1 cup
Chop the onion and cook on the oil for a few minutes. Take the pan off the heat and add paprika, salt, and a little water stirring frequently.
Chop the tomato and pepper, cover the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.
Slice the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces and place them into the pan. Cook for about 20-25 minutes, and do not stir. Move the pan from side to side occasionally.
Serve with noodles and sour cream.
