Easy and nourishing dish.
- Pangasius Fillet - 400 g (0.9 lbs)
- Onion - 2
- Potato - 3-4 large
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - 5 tsp
- Paprika - 3 tsp
- Black Pepper - 1 tsp
- Olive Oil - 2-3 tbs
Clean the fish. Chop the potato and slice the onion.
Mix together 5 tsp salt, 3 tsp paprika and 1 tsp ground pepper.
Place the fish and potato into a bowl, season with the mixture of spices, and add a little oil. Gently mix together.
Place the sliced onion and potato on aluminium foil, and the fish fillets on top. Add mashed garlic and some onion. Wrap them tightly.
Bake the bags at 220 ºC/430 °F for about 40-50 minutes.
Serve with fresh lemon wedges.
