- Mango - 2 pieces of fresh
- Yogurt - 2,5 dl natural (6.8 oz)
- Milk - 1,3 dl (3.4 oz)
- Sugar - 4 g (can be omitted) (0 lbs)
Put everything in a blender, mix a good 2 minutes. Makes two large glasses.
