- Potatoe - 5 large
- Eggplant - 3 large
- Zucchini - 2 large
- Green Pepper - 4 large
- Portobello Mushroom - 4 large fresh
- Champignon Mushroom -
- Olive Oil - approx. 1 dl (3.4 oz)
- Mediterranean Tomato Sauce -
- Morney Sauce -
- Goat Cheese - grated
- Cinnamon -
- Nutmeg -
- Salt -
- Pepper -
Boil potatoes until done. Then mash and set aside.
Heat up oil and sauté eggplant, zucchini, green pepper, and mushrooms and place in a baking dish.
Mix sauces and pour over the ingredients. Season with spices. Place mashed potatoes on top and bake in oven.
