Clean the potatoes, cut into slices. Clean the onion and grate.
Grate the camembert cheese, add the sour cream, cream cheese, milk and 2 teaspoons seasonings mix well.
Dice the bacon and fry it.
Drain the fat from the bacon and add garlic, salt and pepper.
Place a layer of potatoes in a baking dish. Pour over the potatoes.
Cover with the remaining potatoes, salt and pepper.
Cover with aluminum foil, bake until the potatoes are tender.
When done, remove from the foil and pour the cheese and sour cream mixture over the top. Sprinkle with the grated Swiss cheese.
Serve sprinkled with sliced green onions.
