Regular baked potato spiced up with paprika.
- Pig Fat - 250 g (0.6 lbs)
- Smoked Bacon - 150 g (0.3 lbs)
- Smoked Sausage - 150 g (0.3 lbs)
- Potato - 4000 g (8.8 lbs)
- Hot Dog - 2 pairs
- Onion - 3
- Salt - to taste
- Black Pepper - to taste
- Seasoning - to taste
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Tomato - 3-4
- Bell Pepper - 2-3
- Paprika - 1/2 tbs
Heat the fat in a large pot. Add the chopped bacon and onion, than simmer over medium heat.
Add sausage and cook for a few minutes. Add chopped potatoes, and fill the pot with enough water to cover the potatoes. Add spices.
Refill the pot with water continuously. Add sliced hot dog to the potatoes.
serve with sauerkraut or pickles.
