- Minced Meat - 500 g (1.1 lbs)
- Onion - 2 medium
- Tomato Juice - 0.3 l (10.1 oz)
- Red Bean - 1 can
- Chili Bean - 1 can
- Corn - 1 can
- Pepper -
- Salt -
- Basil -
- Thyme -
- Caraway -
- Bay Leave - 2
- Ketchup - 3 tbs
- Mustard - 2 tsp
Chop the onion into small cubes, and sauté in a bit of oil.
Add the minced meat, season with salt and pepper and fry for whitening.
Add a little water, about 1-2 ounces of tomato juice and cook for 15 minutes.
Then add the beans with juice and corn. Season with a little basil, thyme, caraway seed, add the bay leaf, ketchup and mustard.
Cook until the gravy has thickened just a bit.
