Knead all ingredients together, except for the jam, or use a food processor. Let it rest for 1 hour in refrigerator. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into quarter inch thick biscuits. Place on paper lined baking sheet. One each biscuit add a bit of jam in the center.
Place in a preheated oven for approx. 10-13 minutes. Allow to cool then dust with powdered sugar.
