Knead the dough ingredients, wrap, place in the fridge for one hour.
Roll out dough on lightly floured surface until approx. half inch. Cut with cookie cutter and ensure you make a hole in the center.
Preheat the oven and line baking tray with baking paper.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Allow to cool, then glue together with jam.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
